Gideon Marshall

Gideon is a London (UK) based Freelance Assistant Photographer and Digital Operator with over 14 years industry experience, happy to travel anywhere. A BA (Hons) graduate of Falmouth College of Arts, he started his photographic career with two years in the busy rental department of Calumet Photographic in London. Since leaving there he has worked as a freelance Assistant Photographer and Digital Operator for just over 14 years. Gideon is skilled in the use of most lighting and grip you’re likely to come across on a stills shoot. On the digital side of things he mainly works using Capture One, but is also familiar with Phocus and Lightroom. He has been Involved in all aspects of Shoot production and has travelled extensively, working with a wide range of Photographers. Professional, calm, approachable and teller of some awful jokes about cheese, he is easily persuaded to don a wig for test shots.
