Welcome to the Direct Digital COVID-19 response resource hub.

Since stay-at-home orders went into effect, the Direct Digital team has been diligently working to ensure that our businesses remain strong and prepared to serve you when we can all safely return to work.

We have taken several new steps to ensure the safety and security of our facilities and customers. We have revisited our policies and procedures from the ground up to make sure that our facilities and operations are as safe as possible.

Q:When will Direct Digital be open for business?

London office is in a staged re-opening, which began on 1st June

Q:Will all UK offices open at the same time?

Our London office opened on the 1st June, our Manchester Office reopened early July.

Q:Will Direct Digital keep normal business hours/days in the London office?

Currently we are working on reduced opening times, 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri

Q:Can I still come and pick-up equipment at your facility?

Yes, with an appointment only, our Sales team will arrange a time window with you. All collections/drop off’s and couriers are to use the rear entrance/yard.

Q:Do you still offer deliveries and pick ups?

Yes, we offer “no contact” deliveries.  The equipment is delivered to the door, not floors.

Q:What are Direct Digtial’s guidelines regarding cleaning/disinfecting the gear?

Our staff have been issued with PPE and trained on how to safely clean equipment. 

Q:Is your Studio available?

Currently the Studio is unavailable.

Q: Can I still come to have a coffee and chat with staff?

Not for the moment. We are not accepting visitors.
