Our frequent clients may like to consider opening a credit account with us. This arrangement simplifies transactions, and a successful application may provide up to 30 days of credit before payment is due.
To determine your eligibility for a credit account, we kindly request that you complete the online form provided below. Our Credit Control Team will conduct a credit check on you or your organisation to ascertain whether we can offer this account type to you. If 30 day terms are not considered to be appropriate, you will be offered terms of payment in advance which can be reviewed once you have established a trading history with Direct Digital.
Upon approval, your account will be operational within a few days. Please note that we will also require credit references from your regular suppliers to validate the opening of your account.
One of the key advantages of a credit account is that it does not necessitate a deposit, making it the most convenient option for our regular clients.
Please be aware that the initial rental on your new account must be paid in advance. Following the completion of your first hire with Direct Digital, all subsequent rentals will require payment as per your agreed terms.
